Who is responsible

What we collect when you join
Your email address, the sleep goal you pick, the traffic source that brought you here (for example a campaign tag or the referring site), the date and time of your consent, and the version of this policy you accepted.
Why
To send you one launch email with your discount, and to understand which channels bring people who actually sign up. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.
Anonymous statistics
We count page views, waitlist openings and completed signups per traffic source and language. These counts contain no identifier, cookie, IP address or device fingerprint, and we honour the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals.
Protection from bots
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, and requests are limited per IP address. Your IP address is processed by Cloudflare for these checks and is not stored by Dream Big.
Where your data lives
The site runs on Cloudflare Workers and the waitlist is stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare acts as our processor. Data may be processed outside the EU and UK under Cloudflare's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until the launch email has been sent and the discount period has ended, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the contact above. You can also complain to your supervisory authority: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy or the ICO in the UK.
